We appreciate your interest in our website. Protecting your privacy is very important to us. We will provide you with detailed information on the handling of your data according to the new DSGVO.
 

What exactly do we do with your data?
In order to process an order and generate an invoice from it, we need information from you, e.g. about name, address, telephone number and eMail. These data are stored in connection with the order and billing with us and must be legally stored for 10 years with us in paper form. As long as we receive the data also in the merchandise management system, so that in the case of a legal demand, we can also find the documents in paper form. After this retention period, the documents and the data will be destroyed or deleted. In the merchandise management system, we will gladly keep the data longer if you still want to place orders and you want to be managed as a long-term customer. After all, long-term customer loyalty is something very important today and that includes history as well.
During this time, we are doing data surveys in order to constantly improve them. These statistics are for internal purposes only and will not be disclosed.
Customer accounts that did not lead to an order and have not subscribed to a newsletter, we delete after 3 years or on request also happy.
If you have subscribed to a newsletter, your eMail address will be used exclusively for this newsletter. We do not sell data and only share data with third parties if this is directly related to the purpose of the business / order (for example, payment service providers, shipping companies, server log files, cookies).

Storage of access data in server log files
You can visit our website without giving any details about yourself. We only store access data in so-called server log files, e.g. the name of the requested file, the date and time of the retrieval, the amount of data transferred, and the requesting provider. These data are evaluated solely to ensure trouble-free operation of the site and to improve our offer and do not allow us to draw your conclusions. Responsible provider is EcomData Internet Dienstleistungen GmbH (www.ecomdata.de).

Data collection and use for contract processing and opening of a customer account
We collect personal data if you voluntarily communicate this to us within the scope of your order, by contacting us (for example via a contact form or e-mail) or by opening a customer account. Which data are collected is shown in the respective input forms. We use the data you have provided to process the contract and to process your inquiries. After completion of the contract or deletion of your customer account, your data will be blocked for further use and will be deleted after expiration of the tax and commercial storage periods provided you have not expressly agreed to any further use of your data or we reserve the right to use additional data is legally permitted and to which we will inform you below. The deletion of your customer account is possible at any time and can be carried out either by means of a message to the contact option described below or by means of a function provided for this purpose in the customer account.

Using social plugins from Facebook using the “2-click solution”
On our website, so-called social plugins (“plugins”) of the social network Facebook are used. This service is offered by the company Facebook Inc. (“Provider”).
